Monrovia health-tech start-up Palava Innovations planned to pre-launch an AI-powered health platform on 12 May, the Liberian Observer reports via allAfrica.
Its Health Module offers symptom guidance to help families decide whether to manage symptoms at home, visit a clinic or seek urgent care. It runs as a Progressive Web App, works online and offline, and needs no app-store download.
The company says it was built for low-connectivity communities where long distances and staff shortages make timely care difficult. Such tools guide decisions and do not replace a health worker.
